Maintenance Technician

 

Boxer Property, a rapidly growing commercial real estate investment and management company, currently seeks an energetic, career-minded individual to be a Maintenance Technician at one of its Dallas, Texas commercial office properties.

Skills and Work Experience

The successful candidate will have a background in commercial or apartment building maintenance.  Those with demonstrated knowledge of electrical and mechanical (HVAC)  systems strongly preferred. HVAC and pneumatic systems experience is a major plus, but not a requirement.   Candidates should be consistently energetic about their responsibilities, and have a strong sense of personal responsibility and pride in their work.  Candidates must be team-players able to follow-up and communicate with their co-workers.

Duties:

 General building maintenance Mechanical systems maintenance; HVAC repair experience a plus Plumbing and electrical repairs Maintenance of security door systems and locks Fire/ Life safety systems Able to communicate effectively with on-site manager and tenants Able to effectively supervise assistant maintenance staff
