Maintenance Helper

Job Purpose:

Supports skilled maintenance workers by cleaning heavy construction equipment and other duties as assigned.

Duties:

* Clean outside of equipment with power washer and other tools as necessary.

* Clean inside cab to prepare to go to customer.

* Maintains equipment yard--this includes mowing lawn and helping to maintain level ground in the equipment yard.

* Helps skilled personnel by placing and holding components, parts, and materials.

* Maintains clean and safe work environment by cleaning - up after jobs are completed; following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations; disposing of waste according to procedures.

* Learns job techniques by working with skilled personnel; participating in training programs.

* Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
