Level 1 NACE/ AWS QC Inspector General knowledge of heavy steel fabrication and construction equipment manufacturing Extensive knowledge in paint, prep, application of machinery enamel epoxy and urethane paints on cold and hot rolled steel Must perform required QC documentation and tests on equipment and produce formal reports. Advanced computer skills using MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook to perform documentation Requirements: Previous practical experience in quality control documentation and procedures AWS Certified Inspector desired. Will consider past work history and knowledge of AWS welding codes and welding symbols NACE Certified Inspector desired. Will consider previous work history and training. Must be able to read and understand paint specifications and requirements Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge.
