Lead Customer Service Rep for Integrated

We are a performance-driven company determined to be the best B2B distributor of services and products focusing on the industrial, safety and electrical markets. (Note:  We will be conducting onsite interviews in Tucscon on Sept. 24-25.  For immediate consideration, please submit your resume to croemer@hagemeyerna.com .) What will you do with HNA? Hagemeyer North America is currently seeking a Lead Storeroom CSR to supervise and coordinate activities of the Customer Service Representatives engaged in handling service orders and telephone complaints of a dedicated Tucson-based Integrated Supply customer. . ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:  Monitoring service calls to observe employees' demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies. Recommending services to maintain customer satisfaction Answering questions about service. Keying information into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and for keeping records of customer service requests. Checking accounting ledger and order postings for accuracy. Determining work procedures, preparing work schedules, and expediting workflow. Issueing written and oral instructions. Studying and standardizing procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates. Maintaining harmony among workers.
