Journeyman Welders

PREEMP INC., d/b/a Hireresource Staffing - 50 Openings For Journeyman Welders: Journeyman Welders - Work in production welding, fabrication, rework of valve and oil tool products using Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), and Shield Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) procedures, processes and equipment; read layouts, blueprints, work orders; and prepare products for welding, grinding, thermal cutting, torch cutting, and shearing, punching and/or drilling and positioning and clamping components. Requires two years of experience in the position or as a welder, structural welder, manufacturing welder. Must be willing to take and pass welding test to meet state and federal ASME Section IX welder requirements and project specifications for Journeyman-Welder-Fitter. Must pass drug and alcohol screening and safety comprehension. Employer will pay the costs of drug testing.
