International Human Resources Director

Washington Division of URS Corporation is seeking an International Human Resources Director to work in our Boise, Idaho Division office. The primary function of this position is to develop strategic relationships with the Washington Division of URS and its six business units to develop programs and policies that enhance our ability to compete in the global marketplace. The Director is responsible for all policies and procedures relating to international human resources: including U.S. expatriates, foreign expatriates, and local national hires. The Director is responsible for policy design and communication for policies such as employment, compensation packages, taxes, benefits, leave administration, transfer and separation, hours of work, assignment living conditions, medical services, travel visa oversight and personal effects. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent Extensive experience in all areas of Human Resources with a minimum of 8 years Human Resource Management Broad range of Global experience Knowledge of the Middle East, Canada, UK, and South America Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration GPHR Designation Experience managing a Fortune 500 Company To Apply: Use the Monster Apply Now link; Go to www.wgint.com/careers and select Career Search.
