The Project Administrator will be responsible for enhancement of existing processes to improve quality, accuracy, consistency, scheduling, risk management and financial performance through the use of systems and tools. 
 
Some of the duties include: assisting in processing bids, specification development, contract awards, logging receipt of submittals, tracking of bonds and Insurance from sub-contractors, processing pay applications and lien waivers, etc. for several Project Managers who each handle multiple sites.
 
We are seeking an individual with 5+ years of experience with all administrative aspects of project management and construction management.  This includes experience with the initiation, planning, execution, administration and closeout of multi-million dollar construction projects.  Additionally, experience with performance contracting, HVAC and building controls is helpful.  The selected individual will also have demonstrable skill developing effective interpersonal customer relationships (both internal and external).

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years experience with the initiation, planning, execution, administration and closeout of multi-million dollar construction projects. Advanced Proficiency in MS Office software and Internet based applications

Exceptional organization & prioritization skills Excellent Communication Skills Experience with performance contracting, HVAC and building controls is helpful
