Inside Sales Representative

Job Purpose:
Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; developing accounts; serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.

 Duties:



v  Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport and preparing quotations.



v  Close new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information.



v  Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature. 



v  Servicing and maintaining existing accounts.



v  Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports.



v  Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.



v  Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
