Inside Sales-Lead Specialist

This position is responsible for closing new business from prospects generated through corporate marketing activity on the internet.  Incumbents are expected to meet and/or exceed all closure quotas to achieve revenue goals.  To accomplish this you will organize, plan, direct, and coordinate all phone sales activities for prospective customers within a pre-determined territory.  You will develop, nuture and maintain relationships with prospective and current customers to ensure a high lead closure rate.  Candidate will also have the responsibility for generating outbound cold calls to our different market segments.  This position is a base salary + commission (uncapped) with a total target of 40-45K along with a comprehensive benefit package to include medical, optical, dental and a 401k program.  Qualified candidates please respond with your resume to keith.pair@unitedsiteservices.com and Online Apply for consideration.

Essential/Key Areas of Responsibility

Closing company generated leads
Follow up on inbound leads from multiple sources and utilize company lead management system/process to track closure Utilize company systems (such as Navision, email, phone, etc.) to enter orders, call prospects and communicate with service delivery Maintain a 25% average closure rate Manage lead funnel by continually qualifying and re-prioritizing opportunities among prospects


Relationship/Networking
Establish rapport, build confidence and maintain customer relationships for the life cycle of the lead Ensure a balance to the needs of both the customer and company Build trust and credibility with the customer and ensure good communication between sales and service delivery with customer Establish and maintain a strong working bond between sales and operations that is focused on the customer's success


Essential Job Functions

65% Close leads over the phone, work cold calling, sales blitz follow up, or other sales program support 25% Account management duties such as customer follow up, service delivery coordination, and customer care (including billing resolution and  collections as assigned) 10% Administrative tasks such as reporting, call reports, status reports, sales forecast and lead management reports


Education & Experience Requirements
High School Degree is the minimum educational requirement 3 years previous experience in handling customer relationships over the phone Zero to five years of sales experience in construction, environmental services, events or other related industries
