In this exciting opportunity, youll report directly to our Vice President of Sales. Well also provide comprehensive product training, with sales support materials. While Sales experience is preferred, most important is your industry knowledge, contacts, etc. Key Responsibilities:- Increase our sales and market share by generating, identifying, and developing key accounts. - Work with industry organizations and associations to create initiatives and programs that increase our presence and revenues. - Build comprehensive relationships with key-decision-makers and conduct phone calls, meetings and/or presentations for targeted individuals. - Work with management to ensure timely and accurate flow of information. - Identify key process improvements that can increase client satisfaction, reduce cost, increase efficiencies, and improve accuracy. - Contact key clients with promotional opportunities (when applicable).Qualifications:- Experience and pre-established contacts within the Contracting industry and/or with Contracting Unions - Strong communication skills in communicating product features and benefits - Ability to report weekly sales activities Key Skills Required:- Contracting and/or Contracting Union industry experience - Strong Analytical and Organizational Skills - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously - Basic Microsoft Office Skills - Training and/or Business Development experience a plus - Enthusiastic team player - motivated to succeed - Open to coaching, training and development If you enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment thats focused on the employee and customer then apply on-line with your cover letter, resume, and salary requirements.
