OPPORTUNITY

CSM’s unique service sells itself!  We are strongly branded as the industry leader and widely recognized throughout the construction and manufacturing sector in New York.  The Outside Sales Professional will be selling CSM’s unique service to the construction trades.  The OSP will be assigned a specific territory in metropolitan New York.  You will devote 1/3 of your time on new construction sites,  1/3 at office buildings/schools/hospitals and 1/3 at construction trade companies. You will be responsible for effectively selling CSM’s services, daily reporting and a weekly sales meeting at our Long Island City, NY Corporate Office.

 

COMPENSATION

CSM offers:

 

* $30k Base Salary.

* Aggressive Commission Schedule with no cap.

* All approved business expenses.

* Promotional material.

* Benefits.

* Expect to earn over $100k in two years.

 

REQUIREMENTS

*At Least 3 years experience in outside sales.

* Top 10% Ranking in previous Sales Role.
