Mario Sinacola & Sons Excavating Inc, a leader in the excavating, paving, utilities, bridge structures, and other construction is now looking to hire a Human Resources Manager. The corporate office for this position is located in Frisco, Texas.

The incumbent in this position will be responsible for the coordination of all HR related policies, practices and processes for the Company’s Non-Exempt and Hourly employees.
Â
Although not inclusive, responsibilities will include ensuring regulatory and legal compliance with standards as well as Company policies and practices affecting employees, managing the employee-management relations program, hourly and non-exempt recruitment, hiring and orientation program, coordination of the customer service portion of the benefits program, hourly compensation, employee corrective action and separations from employment and employee records retention and maintenance.

This individual will be responsible to supervise the efforts of an HR Generalist whose primary responsibility is the day to day handling of the benefits program customer service and administrative activities as well as providing administrative assistance to the HR Manager and VP of Human Resources.
Â
Qualified applicants must possess a minimum of 4-5 years experience as an HR Supervisor or Manager in a generalist role, a minimum educational level of an Associate Degree and or PHR Certification and bilingual English-Spanish language capability. Construction industry experience would be very helpful but not required.
