Human Resources Generalist

Seeking a team player, who will assist with many various programs, not limited to, Corporate Auto Policy, 401(k) Savings Plan, Pension Plan, New Hire Process, Termination Process, Training, and Record Retention.  The right candidate must be capable of multi-tasking and communicating with all levels of employees and outside vendors/agencies.  This position will also assist with the development of training material and the deliverance of training throughout the Company – which will require some travel.  Reports to the Human Resources Director and works closely and professionally on a regular basis with the Payroll, Insurance, Equipment, and Career Development Departments. 

 

Qualifications: Must be well organized with a BA in Human Resources Management.  Requires a minimum of 4 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in the Construction Industry or other union environment.  Must be willing to travel to various local job-sites as well as Regional Locations.
