Heavy Equipment Operations Manager - North Texas
Multi-state equipment rental company has an immediate opening for an Operations Manager for the North Texas area. Candidates for this position should be experienced in all facets of managing a service operation including:
Ø Supervision of Service Work Order Preparation and Processing.
Ø Management of Repair Parts Inventory Control System.
Ø Supervise District Office & Yard Personnel.
Ø Review District Billing and Assist with Collections when required.
Ø Supervise the Review and Processing of District Expense Reports.
Ø Supervise District Personnel and Payroll Issues.
Ø Facilitate the deployment of personnel and material.
Ø Holding Planning Meetings and Safety Meetings.
This is a hands on position requiring an individual capable of handling both customer service matters, employees and coordinating and managing the day to day operations of the District. The position requires an individual with the following capabilities:
Ø A team player who is mature, experienced and effective in working with customers and supervising employees.
Ø A professional with a solid background in field service operations and business matters,
Ø A professional who is highly computer literate and competent in the operation of accounting and business management software.
This position involves some overtime but not on a permanent or extended basis. Candidate should have a minimum of five to seven years progressive service operations management and business experience with a business degree or equivalent job experience evidenced by previous job history. Compensation package includes health insurance and 401(k) program.
