Heavy Civil/Bridge General Superintendent

Our client is a top contractor in the state of Texas. As a result of their continued growth they are looking for a General Superintendent with extensive bridge experience. The ideal candidate will have 10 plus years as the lead on projects north of 100 million. In addition the candidate will need to be knowledgeable on culverts, retaining walls, earthwork, pipes, and paving. The candidate will be responsible for management of Superintendents, Foreman and Crews.
Added Responsibility:
Responsible for operations of project and directs people accordingly
Ensure quality control of project
Coordinates with owner's reps
Provide on-going detailed construction plans
Has ability to make corrections to keep project on schedule
Has ability to lead as well as manage personnel
Conduct safety meetings
