HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT - New opportunity in Renewable Energy

The Human Resources Team currently seeks a Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment activities including internet job postings, college recruiting outreach and events, interview schedules, and coordination through to offer delivery and new hire orientation. This position is based in Framingham, MA.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with HR Team to coordinate recruiting outreach for energy services professionals.Actively communicate AMERESCO's growth, industry leadership, culture, and opportunities. Post open positions on internal and external job boards, networking sites, professional associations.Monitor sourcing, screening, selection processes to update Applicant database and tracking reports.Review applicant resumes and project experience to identify matching skills and qualifications.Coordinate Applicant teleconferences, interview, travel, and other employment process activities.Participate in HR training to learn employment sourcing, screening, interview, and selection skills.Serve as key point of contact and information with HR Team, Hiring Managers, and Applicants.Ensure compliance with company practices as well as local, state, federal laws and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors Degree. Knowledge of Human Resources or federal/state employment law desirable.Prior results-oriented work experience delivering focused customer response, service, and follow through.MS Word and Excel experience with ability to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. Excellent verbal, written, telephone, computer communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.Valid Drivers’ License issued by state of residence and in good standing.  U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
