*** Growing Company Seeking Qualified CSR/Dispatcher ***

C&L Refrigeration is an established leader in commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). Due to our growing success we’re currently looking for a qualified CSR/Dispatcher. Qualified candidate will be joining our growing team of professionals in one of the fastest growing markets in the country.

We're looking for a person with the following qualities:

Customer Service:

· A passion for customer retention and pro-active execution of company's customer retention plan.
· Efficient and professional handling of customer calls for service orders or inquiries.
· Performing all work activities in accordance with company policies and procedures in order to achieve and maintain customer loyalty.
· Serve as a customer service leader within the company.

. Willingness to work cohesively with other departments and all individuals.

Service Coordination:

· Dispatch technicians and monitor their actual work hours into host-based system.
· Provide administrative support to technicians and field management.
· Track service vehicles via TeleTrac system.
· Manage and follow through on unbilled work orders.
· Accurate and timely preparation of bid proposals.

. Dispatch experience a plus!

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of four years of customer service and/or dispatching experience. Ideal candidate should have a solid work ethic and is able to work with little supervision. At the same time, the candidate must function as a contributing member of a strong team. This person will thrive on the challenge of making the difficult look easy and proving to customers how important their business is to the company.
