We are seeking a Geotechnical / Geological Engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or Geological Engineering (BSGE) who has passed the EIT / FE Exam with 0-4 years of experience.Successful candidate will assist in the coordination and completion of geotechnical investigations throughout the state of Arizona, typically involving, though not limited to transportation projects including roads, bridges, retaining walls, other associated structures, rock cut slopes, deep fills, etc.This position will include project coordination, design analysis, design report preparation, as well as development of design plans and specifications.This position will also include field management of investigations, performing site inspections, as well as the logging of soils and rock core. Time expected to be 50% in the field and 50% in the office.Required: Demonstrated ability in dealing person-to-person with clients and co-workers. Organizational and problem solving skills. Willingness and ability to travel within the state. Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
