General Operations Manager

Admar Supply Company, a member of the DiMarco Group of companies, has an immediate opening for a General Operations Manager.  Working in a highly demanding, fast paced environment that is in growth mode, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of our construction equipment rental facilities.  A hands-on position, the General Manager will develop and implement strategic plans, operations policies and procedures that are consistent with the corporate mission and goals, and that maximize operating results.  This position is based in Rochester, NY with 75% travel required.

The successful candidate must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a leadership style that motivates and challenges people to work as a team toward process improvement.  The candidate must also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a customer-centered focus.  Ability to work independently, organize, prioritize and multi-task is essential.  A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years prior operations management experience in a construction-related equipment or service company required.
