General Manager - Landscaping

 

Are you looking for a great job with an industry leader where you have an earning potential related to your efforts?  The Cable Lock and Affiliated Companies is a group of construction companies providing foundation stabilization, repair, waterproofing and landscaping services in thirty-seven (37) geographical markets located in fifteen (15) states throughout the Eastern and Central United States.

 

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, organized, self-confident, goal and customer service oriented and must have strong verbal, management and leadership skills.  This position requires a stable work history and 5+ years of supervisory landscaping experience managing multiple personnel.  Must have computer skills, be able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, possess a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record.  *Currently hiring for Houston and Dallas area only.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  ● Assume full P & L responsibilities for the location 

  ● Sales and production responsibilities

  ● Manage multiple personnel

 

Qualifications:

 

● At least 5 years landscaping experience

● Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

● Experience in managing multiple personnel

● Must have stable work history

● Landscape management and sales experience

● Production experience

● Computer proficiency

● Bilingual a plus
