Fire Protection Engineer
Fire Protection Engineer Richmond, VA Our client is seeking a dynamic Fire Protection Engineer. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated technical skill in designing fire alarms & fire suppression systems and experience in code consulting. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated interpersonal skills through experience interfacing with clients, engineers, architects and others of varying technical abilities.Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field • 2+ years experience (As outlined above) • AutoCAD proficiency • Knowledge of building & NFPA codes • Proficiency Word, Excel, Outlook • U.S. Citizenship • Ability to obtain a government security clearance Preferred • Knowledge of ABS • PE in Fire Protection or EIT
