POSITION DESCRIPTION

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICHIAN

Experience is desirable but not essential. What is essential is an exceptional ability to work hard without direct supervision, work irregular and sometimes long hours, and a desire to have complete responsibility for one’s work.  This position will put one in a job that will be a direct reflection of our company.  Applicants must be a self-starter and highly self motivated.

PURPOSE:  To install, maintain car wash equipment, diagnose, and identify maintenance issues. Also, to provide an interface between Big Man Development and its customers at the field user level.

AREAS OF RESPOSIBITLITY:  * Provide exemplary service to all Big Man Development customers * Install equipment to company standards* Ensure that the equipment and its components function to the satisfaction of the customer * Ensure all users understand the operation of the system and its relevant features * Manage and be held accountable for equipment inventory, whether it is in the field truck, or in the warehouse * Write customer  work orders in accordance with Big Man Developments procedures * Maintain an expense account per our expense policy * Assist other Field Service and Sales Technicians, as well as travel to other areas when necessary * Maintain constant communication with Big Man Development Managers, and fellow Field Service and Sales Technicians * Perform all duties in the safest possible manner * Any other responsibilities assigned by Big Man Development Manager
