Position Description

Schedule and perform PMs on all mechanical/electrical systems. Work with and direct all on site Vendor activity. Respond to day to day trouble calls and be on call 24/7 for after hour emergencies. Experience with Fire/Life/Safety systems. Monitor the performance of the building operation via the BMS system (Building Management System). Responsible for maintaining and stocking all related mechanical/electrical supplies. Work with the rest of the facilities and Real Estate department on all related projects and meetings.

Position Requirements

Position Requirements – BS or BA in a Building Engineer related field (HVAC, Electrical, etc) and/or 5 years work experience in a related industry. Hands on HVAC maintenance experience a plus. Strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Good verbal and written communication skills and the demonstrated ability to work with internal customers, management and external suppliers. Good decision making skills with a team based approach. Good computer skills including Excel, WORD and email.
