Quarterly BonusesStock ProgramsFlexible Benefits Program and more… Facilities Engineer Location: Gresham, OR 97030 Job SummaryCreat and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Facilitate and hold project meetings. Effectively communicate relevant project information to site services, management, regulatory agencies, and internal customers. Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion. Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change. Essential Functions Develop tool installation packages using internal and external resources. Size utility services to tools. Develop installation schedule. Obtain building permits. Manage tool move-in, installation, and turnover. Manage contractors and 3rd party inspections. Maintain cost, schedule, and scope of projects. Coordinate contractor and facilities activities with manufacturing operations. QualificationsEngineering degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience in the semiconductor industry. Business computer competency and AutoCAD skills are required.
