Information About The Job:

We have a terrific opportunity in our new construction/facilities support department for a Facilities Coordinator. You will act as liaison between our store management and the home office with store maintenance and construction issues in addition to providing administrative support to our construction/facilities department.

Job Responsibilities:

·  Coordinate work order requests

·  Act as liaison between store management and vendors

·  Be a compassionate sounding board in crisis situations with store personnel and quickly provide solutions

·  Data base management utilizing Excel

·  Strong administrative skills

Job Experience:

·  Property management, construction, or facility project management experience

·  Strong Excel skills

·  Exceptional administrative skills

·  Previous experience providing compassionate, caring, understanding service to internal personnel

·  Strong organizational skills
