The successful Executive Assistant will support the Vice President of Marketing and Technology and his direct reports. This individual will be responsible for putting together spreadsheet analysis, presentations, typing correspondence, filing, faxing, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements and other clerical duties.

The ideal candidate will have a HS Diploma or GED, some college preferred and must have a minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative support capacity for senior executives, the ability to handle multiple tasks, communicate effectively with internal and external people at all organizational levels, experience at handling sensitive, confidential issues/information, outstanding organization and time management skills and be fully proficient with Microsoft Office.
