Executive Administrative Assistant

Terranova Corporation, leader in the Commercial Real Estate industry is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant. Candidate will support the Chairman performing diverse support duties and administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound decision-making. Responsibilities include heavy calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, managing correspondence, and other projects as assigned.

Minimum of 4 years of previous experience supporting a C-level executive is required. Candidates must have strong management and communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to manage multiple projects and people at a time. Proficiency with Microsoft applications is a must. Please do not apply if you do not have experience supporting a C-level or high net worth individual.
