Estimator- Southeast
Seeking an estimator with established estimating skills in the industrial market. Established contractor expanding business. Great opportunity for growth.
Desire 7 plus years experience in the light industrial market with estimating skills in one of these markets: power, manufacturing plants, petrochemical, refinery or other heavy industrial related markets. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take an estimating from conceptual stage to purchasing and prepare risk assessments. Must be able to estimate trades in both time and labor. Knowledge of Timberline is desired. Strong technical skills. Project size needs to be in the 15- 20 million dollar size.
Residential experience will not be given consideration. Must have industrial experience.
