We maintain a superior reputation in the field of masonry restoration, concrete restoration and EIFS repairs which allows each employee to interface directly with owners on 50+ projects per year. Our clients consider us problem solvers in the maintenance and repair of the aging structure inventory.
Western is committed to training its employees on industry best practices through an in-house program. You will be exposed to a variety of aspects of the project--Business Development, Estimating, Project Management and Closeout.
If your credentials include:Must have at least 3 years sales and/or project management experience in commercial construction.Must have at least 3 years commercial estimating experience in concrete, masonry and/or EIFS (repair)High school diploma or equivalent.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. General construction experience in the general contracting industryHands-on experience in production/sales in the concrete repair, masonry repair or EIFS repair industry(s) Strong written and verbal communication skills
