Estimator/Project Manager for Heavy Highway and Site work
I have a client that is a GC doing heavy Highway and Site work within the Philadelphia Metro and South Jersey areas. They have asked me to find an Estimator with Project Management skills for their Heavy Highway and Civil Projects. Project experience should be with D.O.T., Utilities, and Site. My clients are G.C.’s with over 30 years experience in this industry with a strong mix of both private and public projects. Qualified candidates should have a proven track record as an Estimator with Site and Public D.O.T. projects. Must be able to put the total estimating package together as both a GC or Subcontractor. Solid computer skills when it comes to Construction Software Packages. It would be a big plus if you have experience out in the field as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager. The right candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience. Projects range in size from $1 million to over $25 million, a good mix of both public and private work. My client does most of their work as the G.C. but some as a Subcontractor when it comes to site work. IMMEDIATE NEED FOR THIS EXCEPTIONAL OPPORTUNITY! THE ONLY RESUMES THAT WILL BE CONSIDERED ARE IN MS WORD FORMAT AND SENT AS AN EMAIL ATTACHMENT! ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED! We are a national search firm specializing in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, and Real Estate Development.
