We currently have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Equipment Manager for Teton Industrial Construction which is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The Equipment Manager will operate out of the Teton equipment warehouse facility located in Dawsonville Ga.Position Requirements:The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience.• Obtain third party equipment rental rates to support estimating and projects• Maximize PCL owned equipment utilization• Review, evaluate and introduce new equipment to the company • Develop competitive rental rates for all PCL owned equipment and tools reclassified as equipment• Manage the requisition of all PCL/Teton owned equipment• Offer economic alternates to specified equipment• Assist and expedite PCL/Teton equipment purchases • Assist and expedite PCL/Teton equipment repairs • Report and submit all receiving documents for PCL owned tools and equipment• Assist Equipment Yard/Tool Warehouse Director in development of new policy and procedure• Process the requisition of all PCL owned equipment• Initiate the AFE and AFD process for all internally owned equipment• Review all inter-company equipment invoices and reports prior to issue• Manage and maintain warehouse due diligence programs including: Tool certifications, spreader bar certifications, Fall arrest equipment program, OSD process tracking and invoicing• Perform jobsite audits as directedEducationDegree preferred but not required.Position Attributes:PCL offers one of the finest benefit programs in the industry including medical, dental, Rx, vision, life, AD&D, disability, 3 weeks of paid vacation, FlexAccount, 401(k), stock ownership and much more.
