We are currently seeking an Electrician to support our Greensboro office.

 

Summary

Supervise and participate in the construction, installation, modification, maintenance and repairs of electrical appliances, systems, facilities and related electronic controls of varying design or complexity.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following.  Other functions may be assigned.Interpret blueprints, manufacturers’ specifications, written and verbal instructions.Plan and schedule work to ensure proper distribution of assignments.Assist in the establishment of preventative maintenance programs for electrical systems.Prepare reports and analyses indicating work progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.Plans layout, installs, and repairs wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment.Repair faulty equipment or systems.Ability to travel to customer locations.



Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Two years of trade school in welding or equivalent training is required.
