Summary of Position: We are looking for a HYPOWERED commitment from you to join our company. We are seeking an Electrical Service Account Manager to supply electrical sales account managing services to Hypower - Service Company. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS Client & SALES KNOWLEDGE. Assembles and analyzes fairly complex information or data.  Describes results in a written report.  Uses independent judgement in completing activities and operates under general supervision.  Estimate small call out quotes to small commercial projects. Perform a thorough take off, coordinate vendor quotes and/or subcontractors.  Input take off into Accubid estimating software, prepare scope of work, and deliver quote to customer.. Manages all call out T & M work for new and existing accounts.  schedules appointments, gives information to callers by performing the following duties.

Duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required but may generally include: 

• Working with business development division to acquire new accounts and grow existing accounts. Facility/operations managers that oversee and owners building. T & M call out electrical services. Preventative & predictive maintenance programs for customers. Cold call on prospective customers. Service maintenance agreements.

• Represent Hypower Service in professional organizations as a full service electrical contractor.

• Receive incoming service department calls from customers for service requests.

• Must maintain a high level of professionalism when interfacing with customers on the phone. 

• Dispatch service technicians as needed for T & M work orders in conjunction with service jobs.

• Coordinate billing and problem resolution with customers for time and- materials.

• Issue/validate Purchase Order numbers for materials in COINS.

• Maintains Purchase Order log;  issue purchase orders for all work orders for each Hypower Inc service office. 

• Purchase materials for service technicians and/or service managers as requested.

• Assist technicians with pricing of materials that are stocked on the Sprinter trucks.

• Validate that the technicians are keeping the Sprinters clean, orderly and stocked with the tools and materials purchased. 

• Tracks and pursues customer payments and daily accounts receivable responsibilities to collect payments due and overdue. 

• Update Service Division Financial Worksheets.

• Work with network Fleet GPS tracking software.  Monitor the service fleet via interactive software and run the necessary reports to assure the proper use of the fleet.

• Help prepare permits and other necessary documents for service division. 

• Compile bid document request.

• Compose and type routine correspondence.

• Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.

• Conducts research, complies and types statistical reports.

• Performs a thorough take off estimate.

• Coordinates vendor and/or subcontractor quotes.

• Inputs take off into Accubid estimating software.

• Prepares scope of work & deliver/sends quote to customer.

• Place customer satisfaction first through the support of Hypower's Corporate drive and vitality to succeedQualifications: 

• Extensive knowledge of National Electrical Code.

• Requires a high school diploma with 3-4 years of exp. in the electrical field or in a related area.

• Must be well versed in all aspects of quality electrical workmanship.

• 6 years of electrical installation experience..

• Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Multi-tasking is an essential skill that is needed for this position.

• Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.  A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. 

• Ability to proficiently use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel). 2-4 years relevant experience.
