Seeking Electrical Project Manager
Milne Electric celebrated its 19th year of business in 2008. We have an outstanding reputation in the construction industry and are involved in many large and small projects.
We are presently seeking a full time individual to work out of our Monroe, Washington office. We primarily do large projects ranging from 500-k through 5-M. We are seeking an individual to head up a special small projects division and help develop our service department.
Job Duties:
Read and understand weekly labor report, to help keep projects within budget Understand and motivate field labor in order to keep labor within budget Wants to learn our forms, systems, reports, means and methods, and “rules” Build long term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations and
offering innovative solutions.
Preferred Job Requirements:
5+ yrs Electrical Industry experience. Estimating experience, McCormick preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently as well as team environment Ability to present in a professional manner and represent the company image
