Summary of Position: We are looking for a HYPOWERED commitment from you to join our company. We are seeking PV Solar Technicians in both North Carolina and Ft. Lauderdale.

 

Duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required but may generally include: 

• Working Safely with Photovoltaic Systems

• Conducting Site Assessments.

• Selecting a System Design.

• Adapting the Mechanical Design.

• Adapting the Electrical Design.

• Installing Subsystems and Components at the Site.

• Performing a System Checkout and Inspection.

• Maintaining and Troubleshooting a System.

 

As a professional in the fields of renewable and sustainable energy and energy efficiency technologies:

 

• Must be able to deal with all clients, consumers, and other professional and professional organizations fairly and in a timely manner.

• Provide safe and quality services to clients and consumers.

• Respect and promote the rights of clients and consumers by offering only professional services that he/she is qualified to perform, and by adequately informing clients and consumers about nature of proposed services, including any relevant concerns or risks.• Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of all client and consumer information

• Avoid conduct which may cause a conflict with client or others

• Engage in moral and ethical business practices, including accurate and truthful representations concerning professional information and system performance expectations.

• Be truthful with regard to research sources, findings, and related professional activities

• Maintain accurate and complete business and professional records

• Respect the intellectual property and contributions of others

• Further the professionalism of renewable energy industry services

• Behave in a courteous and professional manner when communicating with NABCEP representatives

 • Place customer satisfaction first through the support of Hypower's Corporate drive and vitality to succeedQualifications: 

• Extensive knowledge of National Electrical Code.

• Must be a Licensed Electrician.

• Must be well versed in all aspects of quality electrical workmanship.

• Commitment to Teamwork.

• Willingness to carry out duties in accordance with Hypower's policies and procedures.

• Ability to exemplify Hypower's Core Values: Safety, Quality and Productivity. 

• Knowledgeable of applicable law's and codes.
