My Client is a growing, progressive electrical contractor in the greater Seattle area. Projects are primarily commercial and industrial located throughout the Puget Sound region. They are seeking experienced candidates with at least 3-7 years of electrical field superintendent experience. Your opportunity, challenge and responsibilities include responsibility to develop and execute an efficient construction plan. You’ll plan and direct the work of the construction crew to achieve budgetary goals. You must understand the plans, specification, and scope of work, and request information and clarifications as required. You’ll communicate with the project manager and customer to work requested that is outside the scope, job progress, and any other pertinent information. You’ll ensure construction work is completed in a safe and professional manner. You’ll teach apprentices and journey level employees and provide performance feedback as appropriate on a regular basis. You must work to complete each project on time and within the project budget. Your projects will be installed per code, per plans, per specifications, and meets customer requirements.  The skills experience and qualifications you’ll need to be successful are 3-7 years of electrical field site superintendent project experience on commercial, government, heavy and light industrial construction projects. You must be able to manage work over $1.0 million or multiple smaller projects. Field experience and completion of electrical apprenticeship certification desired. Washington EL01 license. A good driving record required. You must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and other tests as required.  Compensation and incentives to be discussed during interview process.  A significant Benefit  package is available.
