ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER- Site Development
Due to growth, our client is looking for a seasoned ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience to join the team. They are a family oriented site development contractor that focuses on commercial and institutional projects within a 30 mile radius of Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities will include performing complete estimates including takeoffs, pricing, buyouts, project management, scheduling, reports and attending meetings related to excavation, paving and utilities.
