The ideal applicant should have:

*Â 3-5 years of residential design related construction experience.*Â Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.*Â Excellent conceptual design skills.*Â Excellent kitchen design skills.*Â good working knowledge of 20-20.*Â Good working knowledge of Excell.*Â Full working knowledge of SOFTPLAN a definite plus.*Â Good people skills.*Â Self-starter with strong organizational skills.*Â Able to start working within one or two weeks.*Â Live within a 30 mile radius of our loacation in Londonderry, NH.

The salary range for this position is $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year - commensurate with previous earning history.
