Multi-State Health Care and Housing Management Company seeks experienced individual for project management, vendor selection and supervision, regulatory compliance, preventive and corrective maintenance and oversight of departmental operations and capital budget planning
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or comparable technical licenses and background required.
A minimum of 5 years facilities management experience, including experience in healthcare and multi-family facilities required.
Must be able to handle projects in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania
