Director of Heating Services

Non-profit energy conservation and repair organization seeks manager to oversee department with 18 workers, consisting of heating technicians and office personnel. Employee must be hands on manager with some experience in gas an oil heating repairs on residential systems. The employee must also have experience in business management, preferably as a service manager or a contractor. The qualified applicant must have a B.A. degree, good writing skills and experience with employee supervision, purchasing, inventory and contracts. Must have interest in and some familiarity with new technologies such as solar and radiant. Must be proficient in Windows, Ms office, Excel and Quickbooks pro.
