Deputy Program Manager of Facility Operations

JOB FUNCTION: Provide oversight and direction to all operational elements of the contract. 

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Provide direction for all operational elements on the contract.Ensure quality customer service is provided to our client and their customers.Interact with government representatives and be responsive to all requests.Ensure the use of work management processes to include process improvement in the management of the contract.Establishes procedures, develops and implements programs for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness.  Develop, implement and utilize data to more efficiently evaluate and improve operations.Manage work performance of reporting operating branches and shops.Responsible for budgetary expenses in operating branches.Perform evaluations of direct reports.Interpret and implement policies and procedures.Responsible for the timely submission of reports and the preparation of charts, graphs, and narratives required for meetings and management review.Provide technical support to the operating branches.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Process improvement experience and/or trainingGood customer service skills

·  Have personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.

EDUCATION:  Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural preferred) or Business Management, or equivalent experience.

 

EXPERIENCE:  A minimum of ten years of experience in a Facilities Management environment or similar capacity and significant experience at the management level.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

 

SECURITY:  Must be a U.S. Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance
