Facilities Department Manager ENGINEERING YOUR CAREER SUCCESS THE JOB—WHAT IT IS:As a Facilities Department Manager with Terracon you will be responsible for managing the Austin Facilities Department and managing the following activities: forensic projects, property condition assessments, construction monitoring, and draw reviews. You will coordinate all departmental personnel, equipment and technical experts required to complete the assigned projects. THE PERSON—WHAT IT TAKES:A Bachelors Degree in Engineering is required. Licensed as a Texas Professional Engineer is a plus. You must have 10 to 15 years experience managing a department and projects. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet; analytical and problem solving ability; demonstrated written and verbal communications skills; and demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate projects are required.
