Customer Service Associate

Amorim  a leader in the corkflooring and envorinmental building products, is currently looking for a Full-Time CSR for its Maryland, Hanover, location.This Customer Service Representative - will work closely with customers to manage place orders, answer questions, resolve concerns, and process the flow of orders. He/she will also work with marketing regarding promotions, launch of products.Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am -5:pm We are looking for highly motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

·  Excellent oral communication skills

·  Professional phones etiquette

·  Data entry skills

·  Problem solving skills and proven time management

·  Proven ability to work in a team environment

·  2-3 years of customer service experience required
