Customer Service needed

In this role you will be responsible to provide operational and administrative support for a small office.  Our company has been in the business for over 20 years and we are looking for a customer service representative to compliment our current team in Richardson. We provide excellent benefits and 401K as well as competitive salaries.  We understand the strain high fuel cost are placing on people and are compenstaing our office staff with a gas reimbursement paid out monthly as well. 

 Salary:  30k + DOE

 

Responsibilities include:Dispatch field employees to assigned locationsTake orders from properties that call in and schedule for completionBillingCoordination of work flow and city schedulesOther tasks as assigned.

 

The ideal candidate would have the following qualities:Strong Customer Service Skills (This is an absolute MUST.  The Customer always comes first here.)Ability to wear a headset for 8 hoursExcellent communication skills – ability to communicate with all team members at all levels Strong Organization skills Attention to detail – Details are imperativeAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks is key to being sucessful in this position Computer literateUnderstanding of how to read a map to coordinate work effectivelyTeam player Strong interpersonal skills required Must be able to work in a fast paced environmentServiceCEO and Quickbooks experince helpful
