Â·Prepare final, negotiation memos explaining the difference between original engineers estimates and final negotiated costs. Â·Review contractor payments, verify quantities, do calculations, and maintain payment books. Â·Make sure all documentation needed is up-to-date, such as payroll reports, subcontractor forms, ets. Requirements:Â·5 Plus years experience with working on a Construction site (Required)Â·Engineering background (a huge plus)Â·High School DiplomaÂ·BS/BA degree a plus
