Controller Construction
Controller for construction firm, located on Cape Cod for the past 150 years, offering General Construction, Design/Build Services and Construction Management Services from Cape Cod to Boston with volume in the $30 million range.
Controller’s responsibilities would include preparing financial statements, construction billing, cash management, payroll and supervising of accounting and administrative staff.
Knowledge of completed contract and percentage of completion contract accounting methods required. Highly proficient with Word and Excel. Masterbuilder Software or other related construction software packages would be helpful.
Bachelor’s degree or related construction accounting experience required.
