Contracts Administrator for Contruction Company
Construction Contracts Administrator
General Contractor is seeking a Contracts Administrator for company specializing in Public Works. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment that has a clear understanding of all construction divisions related to Public Works.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate contracts with sub-contractors, vendors, and owner representatives. Administer contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies, legal requirements and customer specifications. Review compliance requirements for all contracts and ensure that company and all sub-contractors meet requirements on a timely basis.
Â
This position requires strong attention to detail. Prior experience in a construction environment a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for this position.

Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in the construction industry preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Paralegal Certification Preferred
Prior Experience in Contract Administration
Working Skills: Detail-oriented, multi-tasking and independent worker
Software: MS Office, MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:Â
Able to plan and solve problems with effective solutions.
Foresees hidden problems and adjusts for roadblocks, measures performance against goals.
Act in manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining constant focus on meeting/exceeding job requirements and expectations.
