Construction PM / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineer
Description
Structural Engineer - BS Civil or Structural Engineering required. EIT or PE required. Ability to do a complete framing layout for low to mid rise buildings. Develop structural details and sections from architectural plans and schematic drawings. Proficient with AutoCAD.
Mechanical Engineer – BS Mechanical Engineering required. 5+ years experience as an accomlished Mechanical Engineer. PE required. Plumbing /Fire Protection background strongly desired.
Electrical Engineer – BS Electrical Engineering required. PE required. 5+ years experience as an accomplished Electrical Engineer with building power/communications systems experience.
Project Manager – Mechanical Engineer with strong Project Management skills. Experienced with Design Projects, P.E required.Will be managing multidiscipline design projects primarily in the MEP area.
Construction Contract Scheduler
Must be experienced (5 + years) and trained in the use of Primavera and other scheduling software (Microsoft Project a plus). Familiarity with Corps of Engineers and other Federal construction requirements.
Construction Project Manager
Experience in Federal government projects required; work on VA Hospitals, vertical construction. 5-10 years experience. Experience in scheduling. Construction Management degree preferred.
