Johanna Foods, Inc., Flemington, NJ,
a manufacturer and distributor of chilled juice, aseptic drinks and yogurt products has a need for a Building Construction Manager/Superintendent.
Individual will provide management oversight for all phases of building construction while keeping the project on schedule and within budget. Key elements of the job are: cost effective planning; procurement of permits and licenses; coordination of contractors, sub-contractors and company employees; oversight of all trades performance and adherence to safety regulations. Position will report to owner and architects on project timeline and adherence to budget.
Degree in construction management, construction science or engineering is required with a minimum of ten (10) years experience in commercial/industrial building construction projects. Additional training in administration and accounting beneficial.
