Construction Foreman Refrigeration Installation

Seeking a seasoned professional Journeyman Foreman/Refrigeration.

This position is out of our Phoenix branch and requires exceptional experience and leadership qualities. You will run a crew and provide leadership to complete new installations, remodels for our commerical supermarket clients (national chains). The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of supermarket refrigeration installation and construction experience.  Job sites will vary throughout the Arizona area.

Candidates with Commercial refrigeration and supermarket experienced are highly desired.



Requirements


Qualified individuals will have in-depth understanding of refrigeration construction. They will have experience hiring, scheduling and managing installation crews, and interfacing with owners and other trades. They will be able to read blueprints and do material takeoffs and schedule equipment on and off a job. They will be able to deliver a finished project consistently on time and on budget.
